Hostess Stefania was VERY friendly and helpful. The view from the apartment (we had the ground floor) was GREAT, looking at the lake and Monte Baldo range. We loved the quiet terrace and outdoor area. Parking garage was superb. Bicycle parking worked well. Internet was a little instable. Beds were good. There was unexpected a washing machine which we used frequently. (10/10, Jesper)
